1) Which Countries we ship to?

United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and a few Pacific Islands. We do not ship to P.O Box addresses

2) Which shipping method is used?

We use TNT Express now trading as Fedex.

3) How long is processing time and delivery time?

All Orders are shipped out on Wednesdays FJT and delivery time varies according to the shipping destination.

4) How can I track my order?

We will provide you with a tracking number once your shipping label is created. You should be able to follow exact progress made by TNT to deliver your order.

5) Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept Paypal payments and bank deposits

6) Can I ship to another address other than my billing address?

Yes but we reserve the right to seek verification for your alternate shipping address.

7) What happens if i cancel my order?

Please immediately contact us on +679-9313818 if you wish to cancel the order. We will not accept cancellation if an order has been shipped out. You will have to return the items to receive a refund.

8) Do you accept returns?

We accept returns provided that the ordered items are returned in the same condition as it was shipped. We will provide full refund of the order if satisfied with the returned items. Please contact us to advise that you want to return the order. 

9) What if you cannot fulfill my order for any reason?

We will advise you if your order cannot be fulfilled and provide you a refund for the order in 2 working days
